Application networks

Avassa automatically sets up application networks on the edge sites so your applications can communicate. You can also configure ingress addressing to your applications so local clients at the edge can reach the applications. The below list of recommended readings explains how to configure this on the sites as well in your applications.

• This fundamentals describes the underlying mechanisms for application networking. Both application owners and site providers should read this.

• Learn about DNS and ingress networks. This is important for application developers in order to understand how clients can reach application end-points using the Avassa built-in DNS.
